Dormer tool question

Also, we are trying to create a dormer like the one shown in the attached reference image.
We would like the dormer to:
start directly from the main roof ridge;
have its front wall aligned (flush) with the main exterior wall of the building;
have no roof overhang (eave) in front of the dormer, while keeping the side overhangs;
create one continuous wall from the first floor to the top of the dormer, as shown in the attached image.
Is it possible to model this type of dormer in AutoStrek? If so, what is the recommended workflow or which tools should we use?
If there is no built-in way to achieve this, but it can be done using manual editing or another workaround, we would be very grateful if you could explain the process step by step or point us to the best practice for creating this type of dormer.

Currently there can only be dormers on one side of the roof, but support for selecting side will come. The workaround now is to simply make the backside the front when adding windows, doors etc.

The flush wall option is actually supported, but currently not for shed dormers (this is in the works, and will hopefully be available very soon).

Starting it from the ridge is possible by dragging the dormer preview up the slope, but it can be a bit fiddly to get right. A snapping function is planned for better control.

Dormers are complex to automate, but it's getting better and better. The flush wall option will get you very close to the example image you attached. I'll make sure it's available very soon.

Flush wall for shed dormers are now in place, so this should bring your build closer to what you want without any manual adjustmnts. Just select "Shed-->wall dormer-->flush wall" .
